Welcome to Amy V Fitness

My mission is simple, to help you feel strong, proud and confident through fitness and nutrition that fits your life! 
I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast! With thirteen years experience in teaching group fitness, I bring energy and a wealth knowledge to every class. I am an instructor for every fitness level, from beginners to experts! My passion is to present fitness to Every-Body in a safe and effective way that delivers the result that You are looking for … and have fun while doing it! 
I am an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Group Fitness Certified Instructor and hold certifications in Barre Above and PiYo Live.

Barre Above

In a Barre Above class, no muscle is left behind! 

What is Barre Above? A blend of the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Berk method (the genesis of the the Barre movement) delivering a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength to ALL workouts! Designed for ALL fitness levels and body types, Barre Above is a truly unique and results-driven program that continues to grow 

Piyo Live

PiYo Live is a Beachbody program created by fitness expert Chalene Johnson.This fusion workout is inspired by Pilates and Yoga movements. This class is 60 minutes of nonstop movement and FUN!  You will stretch, sweat and strengthen all in one class. It combines the muscle-sculpting and core-firming benefits of Pilates and the strength, flexibility and balance benefits you would find in a Yoga class. The constant movement during class will give you a major cardio effect.This is a low impact, high intensity workout that uses your own weight to strengthen your body. 


Isagenix is Health and Wellness company that offers all natural solutions for a healthy lifestyle, addressing healthy aging, weight wellness, athletic performance and engery. This is nutrition to fuel an active body! My partnership with Isagenix began in 2015 and I love helping people feel their best!

Get sweaty and warm up the muscles during a 30-minute cycle beats session followed by 30 minutes of strength-based barre. Lengthen, build, and tone your muscles using a combination of body weight, light hand weights, and resistance, this barre class will keep you on your toes and challenge your whole body.

This 60-minute barre class is a fun, full-body workout! With the aid of a ballet barre and mirror participants move thru a series of ballet inspired movements designed to strengthen, improve flexibility and balance, and to increase endurance.
